TECHNICAL STAFF

Project Manager
Oversees telecom analysts and assistants, reviewing recommendations for clients. Oversees day-to-day operations of our cost efficiency analysis. Requires extensive knowledge in the telecom industry along with knowledge of PBX capabilities. Must have leadership skills to meet production goals and be able to clearly communicate in-depth technical recommendation to clients.

Sr. Telecom Analysts
Must have experience in researching and evaluating telecommunications customer service records along with a full understanding of telecommunications bills. Ability to identify cost saving solutions through evaluation of underlying criteria is a must. Good organization skills are required. Researching and preparing written recommendations for the customer is a large part of the position.

Jr. Telecom Analyst
Entry-level position requires analytical skills, responsible for itemizing and documenting all telecom services in order to identify cost savings solutions.

SALES STAFF

National Account Executive
Must have strong client development skills and a “can do" attitude. This sales position is for those with effective prospecting skills that will secure meetings with "C" level individuals throughout corporate America. The drive to follow up, and the ability to close qualified leads are a must. Requires proven sales and customer service backgrounds.

Telemarketing Representative
This inside sales position requires excellent telephone and follow-up skills. Responsible for generating leads and appointments through various sources; works closely with Senior Account Executives as well as the VP of Sales and Business Development.
